Kara Lynn- Co-Owner/Head Coach

Kara has been involved with cheerleading for the past 18 years.  She cheered all four years of her high school career on the sideline and competitive cheer teams at Hutchinson High School.  During these four years, Kara was a 2 year member of the Minnesota All State team, Honor’s team, a UPA All Star, voted Captain her Junior and Senior years, along with numerous first place finishes.  Right out of college, Kara knew that she wanted to stay involved with cheerleading at the coaching level. She began volunteering with her former cheerleading team, and choreographing and judging for numerous schools in the surrounding area.  Kara served on the Minnesota Cheerleading Coach’s Association and was a co-coordinator of the Minnesota All-State Team.  For 3 years, Kara coached at Totino-Grace High School, where her competitive team took first in 2007 at the Minnesota State Competition and in the top 3 all three years at Nationals.  She continued her coaching career at Southwest All Stars, coaching their first competitive mini, youth and junior teams. Her teams received numerous first place finishes at the State and National levels. Kara has over 25 years of dance and gymnastics experience, and has completed her All Star certification through USASF.  She graduated in 2006 from the University of Minnesota, with a degree in Elementary Education.  She currently resides in Shakopee.


Alisha Gretenhardt- Co-Owner/Head Coach

Alisha cheered for Oak Creek High School sideline & competitive cheer programs all 4 years of high school. In addition to numerous regional & state championships, Oak Creek High School cheer squad attended and rank the UCA National competition in Orlando, FL all 4 years. Alisha was also a member of the 4-girl Stunt competition at UCA Nationals. In addition to her high school program, Alisha was a member of the Wisconsin All Star team competing & traveling throughout the Midwest, Australia & Hawaii. After high school, Alisha continued to stay involved and consult with her high school cheer program, while attending the University of Wisconsin – Stout. After graduating in 2003, she moved to Minnesota. Alisha has been coaching All-star cheerleading since 2009 and currently lives in Minneapolis. 


Jason Khang- Clover and Shamrock Assistant Coach/Tumbling Coach

Jason has been cheering for over eight years. He has experience coaching all stars as well as experience training collegiate and high school athletes. He is very happy to be a part of the Triad family and we are happy to have him as part of our program! He has a love for working with the kids/athletes and seeing them improve everyday!  Jason is  is USASF Certified Levels 1-5 in tumbling and stunting.


Karna Jereska- Special Needs Team Coach

Karna brings with her 17 years of coaching experience along with 28 years of experience working with individuals with special needs. She holds certification in First Aid and CPR. Karna is a Graduate of Metropolitan State University with a degree in Human Services and Family Studies. She is currently completing her Masters in Community Psychology.

Karna started coaching Competitive and Sideline cheer at the high school level in Hutchinson, Minnesota, taking her teams to many State and National competitions. She has continued her love for coaching on the All-star level. Karna served on the Board of the Minnesota Cheerleading Coaches Association for 6 years.  Being a past cheer mom herself, she is very proud of that fact as it has allowed her to see the passion in her own daughters for the sport they love.
